We know that Melbourne’s housing needs help. The vision of Future Homes is to do just by helping to create more homes close to existing services, jobs, and public transport. Their mission
is to create a market-ready, competitive, attractive and sellable series of benchmark apartment blueprints for developers, builders, and government agencies.

Communicating this mission meant working with Future Homes to develop separate brochures that would speak to three different audiences: Builders, developers and landowners, Government agencies and Local communities

The overarching purpose was to convey the benefits of Future Home and to inspire confidence in the blueprint designs.

Brochure layouts and compositions were kept simple to showcase the intelligent architecture designs by IncluDesign, LIAN Architects, McGregor Westlake Architecture and Spiral Architects Lab.

The colour palette chosen for the brochure was primarily green, representing the sustainability and environmental fundamentals of Future Homes.

A friendly sans-serif font was selected for the typography, speaking to the accessibility and approachability of the brand.

“Working with the Design by Nature team was a pleasure. The workshopping meeting helped us distill the core ideas and tone of our project, resulting in marketing collateral that clearly and beautifully communicates our message to the public. We are extremely happy with the final product.”
